The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably, plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.
The villa is only 12 minutes from Walt Disney World which is one of the closest residential communitys to these theme parks. Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!
Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.
The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a cot, highchair, buggy/stroller as well as having safety alarms fitted on the patio doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected.
For young children there are a selection of toys, games, playstation and videos. For the older children and the adults there is a fully equipped games room.
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
